About us

Located in Las Vegas, our showroom is a short drive from most of the valley - Summerlin, Centennial Hills, Henderson, Spring Valley, and beyond - so getting the right material to your project happens quickly. Whether you're finishing new construction on a slab, replacing worn flooring in an older home, or renovating a kitchen counter to counter, our team of experienced flooring and design professionals will help you find a solution that fits your budget.

We encourage you to stop by 5240 S Decatur Blvd and meet with our design team, who can walk you through which products actually hold up here - solid hardwood in a climate-controlled interior, engineered hardwood and LVP over a slab, and grout and stone sealed against Las Vegas's notoriously hard tap water. From samples to pricing to a finished design, we're with you at every step.

Budget matters, and our showroom representatives work with you to find options that fit it - whether your project is residential or commercial. Our inventory spans solid and engineered hardwood, ceramic and porcelain tile, natural stone, LVP, AC3 and AC4 laminate, carpet, and the stone slabs and cabinetry to match, so most projects can be sourced and scheduled without a long wait.

Over time, Modern Concepts Design has built a reputation across the Las Vegas valley on selection, responsive service, and honest pricing - the same crew you talk to at the showroom is the one showing up to measure and install. That consistency is what keeps clients coming back for their next room, and the next after that.
