Flooring installation in Sunrise Manor, NV

Sunrise Manor is one of the oldest established neighborhoods east of downtown Las Vegas, built up mostly between the 1960s and 1980s near Nellis Air Force Base, and the housing stock shows it: original slab foundations, aging subfloors, and carpet that's been recovered two or three times since the home was built. We know exactly what's usually hiding under that old flooring by now.

Because Nellis families move on a military timeline and long-time owners here tend to renovate room by room rather than all at once, value is usually the deciding factor - which is why laminate and luxury vinyl plank are the two floors we install most in Sunrise Manor, and why carpet-to-hard-surface conversions are one of our most common jobs in the area. Both floors go down fast, cost less than hardwood or tile, and stand up to the wear a rental or a growing family puts on a floor.

Whether you're prepping a Sunrise Manor property for a new tenant near Nellis or finally replacing the carpet that came with the house, we measure every room, bring samples to your door, and leave a written quote before we go. Book a free estimate and we'll tell you honestly what your subfloor needs before we quote the floor on top of it.
