Upgrading an older North Las Vegas home
Some of the established neighborhoods closer to Las Vegas Boulevard have a wood subfloor and are good candidates for solid hardwood if that's the finish you're after. We don't offer refinishing, but where the original hardwood is tired we replace it with new engineered hardwood in a similar species and stain for a fraction of a full solid-wood replacement.
